Jada Gilliam has a robust background in IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as a NOC Analyst and IAM Analyst at Big Lots since April 2022. Previously, Jada worked at PNC as a Help Desk Administrator and Help Desk Analyst from May 2021 to April 2022. Jada began the career journey at Tiffin University, where roles included IT Student Worker and Graduate Assistant from April 2019 to May 2020, and earned a Master’s degree in Crime Analysis from Tiffin University between 2019 and 2020, after completing a Bachelor's degree at the same institution from 2016 to 2019.
