Plamena Tzankova has extensive experience in translation technology solutions, currently serving as Technology Solutions Manager at Protranslating since October 2017. In this role, Plamena identifies client requirements, enhances work processes, and manages the development and implementation of translation technology solutions. Previous roles include Senior Product Owner and Product Owner at Protranslating, where contribution to successful deployments and client communications was essential. Earlier, Plamena held the position of Business Implementation Manager at Donnelley Language Solutions, focusing on client onboarding and relationship development, and worked as Senior Account Manager at LanguageWorks, managing multi-language translation projects. Additional experience includes marketing management in e-commerce and technology projects. Plamena holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Sofia University, a B.S. in Information Technology from DeVry University, and has pursued photography studies at The New School.
