Neha Shah currently serves as Associate Director at Big Ideas HR Consulting Private Limited, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a Business Manager at Randstad India from February 2008 to July 2014, where responsibilities included managing key accounts across various sectors and leading the Pharma division for Gujarat. Neha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from GLS Institute of Computer Technology in Ahmedabad and completed schooling at Diwan Ballu Bhai Kankaria.
