Robert Hester has extensive experience in the insurance and claims sectors, having worked at Percy Hoek, Inc. since April 1997 and at Big I New York since 1997. Hester served on the Chapter Committee for NetVU from 2013 to December 2016. Hester holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Temple University, which was obtained between 1990 and 1995, and completed secondary education at Sayville High School from 1987 to 1990.
