Bjoern Schonhoff has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as Lead IT Operations Infrastructure & Support and Manager Systems and Applications at Big Dutchman Service GmbH since January 2016. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of IT Service Management processes and leadership of IT projects for the relocation of subsidiaries and new sites. Bjoern has also held the position of Team Leader Communicationsystems and International Administration at Big Dutchman International GmbH since 2010, focusing on network communication systems, infrastructure, and project management across local and international operations. Prior experience includes serving as an IT-Systemadministrator and Field Service Technician at Damovo Technical Services from 2007 to 2009.
