The Leadership Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of igniting youth potential through mentoring. Comprised of the CEO and Vice Presidents of Advancement, Programs, People & Impact, they set strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster impactful community partnerships to support and expand mentoring initiatives across Minneapolis and St. Paul.
