Kelly Glaser serves as the Executive Vice President of Donor and Government Relations at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Director of Development at Texas 2036, a non-profit organization focused on policy decisions through data and engagement, where responsibilities included donor communications and outreach. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Lilly & Company, managing campaign accounts for major gifts donors, and working in various roles within the Republican Party of Texas and the Texas House of Representatives. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
