Margaux LeBlanc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the automotive industry, specifically at General Motors since September 2016. Currently serving as a Cost Optimization Engineer for battery packs and as a Product Manager for EV Charging Infrastructure, Margaux has a proven track record in leading teams, optimizing vehicle battery systems, and enhancing quality through data analysis. Margaux's background includes roles such as Lead Battery Cell DRE, Battery Cell Design & Release Engineer, and Electrification Data Scientist and Quality Lead, where contributions have resulted in significant cost savings and high-impact patents. In addition to professional achievements, Margaux actively engages in community service as a volunteer mentor for FIRST and Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, Inc., and coaches students competing in the Formula Hybrid Competition.
