Mario Seneca is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both law and sports officiating. Currently serving as an NCAA Football Official for the Big 12 Conference since May 2019 and a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania since January 2018, Mario has a strong foundation in the legal field. Previous roles include International Representative and Organizer for OPEIU, AFL-CIO, as well as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County. Mario also has extensive experience as a Minor League Umpire with the Professional Baseball Umpire Corporation from July 2004 to November 2012. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilization, Theater, and Law from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and Duquesne University, respectively, completed between 2000 and 2008.
