Josh Conrad currently serves as the Assistant Director of Communications at the Big 12 Conference, where responsibilities include roles such as Assistant Media Coordinator for the 2023 NCAA Men's Basketball Kansas City Regional and volunteering for the 2023 NCAA Women's Final Four. Prior to this, experience includes working with the Dallas Cowboys as a press box assistant, transcribing post-game press conferences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a Minor in Journalism from the University of North Texas. Additional roles include internships at Fox Sports Southwest and the National Football Foundation, as well as leadership positions in student organizations that foster professional connections in sports marketing.
