Rachel Coventry is an experienced Change Lead with a focus on business transformation and engagement within various industries. Currently, Rachel serves as Change Lead for both Biffa and Venture Systems. Previous roles include Change and Engagement Lead at BT, where Rachel was instrumental in the Making Finance Brilliant programme involving SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba implementation. Rachel has also held positions such as Global Business Change Lead at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Business Change Lead at BAE Systems, overseeing significant projects including global finance shared services and SAP back-office upgrades. Rachel's educational background includes a Fellowship in Risk Management from the Chartered Insurance Institute and certifications in PROSCI, MSP, and Prince II.
