Mike Callaghan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as Corporate Account Director for Government & Military at Biffa since November 2022, Mike previously held multiple roles at GPT Waste Management, including Business Development Director and Head of Business Development, contributing to the company's reputation as the UK's largest independent waste management provider. With a background in sports management, Mike managed the Ireland Rugby League team during the 2008 World Cup qualification series and participated in the tournament in Australia. Previous positions also include General Manager at Leigh RL and Commercial Manager at St. Helens R.F.C. Mike holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Media from Leeds Trinity University.
