Amanda DiPietro, SHRM-SCP, began their career at JCPenney as a Senior Merchandise Manager before moving on to Gap where Amanda held roles as a General Manager, District Manager, and Senior District Manager. Amanda then transitioned to Victoria's Secret as a District Manager, overseeing multiple markets. Currently, Amanda is the Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Bierman Autism Centers, leading the executive team and driving business growth across multiple states. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and Apparel Production from Endicott College.
