Martin Cullip is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as an Associate and Senior Building Surveyor at Bidwells since August 2017, Martin undertakes various Building Surveying activities for commercial, office, and industrial units, which include pre-acquisition surveys, refurbishments, and contract administration. Prior to Bidwells, Martin worked at Robinson & Hall LLP from August 2008 to August 2017, initially as a Trainee Building Surveyor and progressing to a Chartered Building Surveyor, where services included design, project management, and surveying for both residential and commercial sectors. Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
