Scott Sternig is an experienced professional currently serving as the Western Canadian Optimization Manager at BID Group, a role held since August 2013. Responsibilities include providing training, offering technical and sales support, and collaborating with teams across North America to enhance service operations. Prior roles include Optimization Coordinator and Optimization and Wood Processing Specialist, focusing on hardware and software installations, defect detection, and developing training programs. Before BID Group, Scott worked as a Field Engineer at Management Resources Group and a Supervisor at Robertson Manufacturing, where skills in production forecasting, staff training, and equipment management were honed. Scott also received the CUEF Undergraduate Award while studying at Thompson Rivers University, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Physics with a Math minor.
