Jerry Epp, CMRP, currently serves as the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at BID Group, focusing on turnkey mill projects in the Southeastern United States since July 2021. Epp also operates as the Owner of Wyatt's Industrial Maintenance and Project Management. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Tolko Industries from November 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities ranged from managing capital and maintenance projects to overseeing operations as Maintenance Superintendent. Epp's career further encompasses a decade at Canfor as Maintenance Superintendent and various positions at Fletcher Challenge Pulp Ltd., Finlay Navigation Ltd., and BC Forest Products, where foundational skills in maintenance and operations were developed. Epp is educated at the College of New Caledonia and holds the CMRP certification.
