Fernando Neto, RCDD, has extensive experience in the fields of structured cabling, ICT, and security systems, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently serving as the Global Regional Director and Canadian Regional Director for BICSI in a volunteer capacity since January 2019, Fernando has held various senior management and consultancy roles, including Senior Manager and Project Lead at H.H. Angus & Associates Ltd. from February 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Senior ICT & Security Systems Consultant at Arup and as a Senior Project Manager at SPECTECH Technology Consulting and Project Management. Fernando's expertise encompasses project delivery, design, specification, and compliance inspections for clients in diverse sectors including aviation, rail, higher education, and government. Fernando holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from George Brown College, completed in 1995.
