Yevheniia Kutova has a strong background in finance and corporate finance. Yevheniia began their career in 2011 as a Manager working with small and medium-sized businesses at PАТ Укрсоцбанк. Yevheniia then moved to Platinum Bank Украина, where they worked as a Leading Manager for Corporate Clients from December 2012 to January 2015. Following this, they worked at Kernel from February 2015 to September 2017, initially as a Financial Specialist and later as a Manager of Corporate Finance. Yevheniia then joined BICS in July 2018 as a Financial Specialist.

Yevheniia Kutova obtained their master's degree in Banking from UBS NBU, where they studied from 2006 to 2012.
