Ihor Hanin has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at BICS since August 2008, Ihor has also held various roles within the company, including Senior Service Delivery Manager, Regional Technical Manager, and 1L Service Engineer. Prior to BICS, Ihor worked as a Switch Engineer at 21st Century Technologies from 2003 to 2008 and as a Telecommunication Engineer at Utel from 1994 to 2003. Ihor's earlier experience includes a position as a Long Distance Switch Engineer at Ukrtelecom from 1987 to 1994. Ihor graduated from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1994.
