Simone Schuster is a seasoned professional in consumer insights and brand innovation with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Insights, Analytics & Innovation for Skin Creative at BIC since June 2017, Simone has held multiple roles within the company, including Sr. Manager for Category & Brand Insights and Global Senior Innovation Manager. Prior to BIC, Simone worked at Danone North American Companies from January 2011 to May 2017, where roles included Consumer Strategy & Insights Associate Manager and Shopper Strategy & Insights Assistant Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at Kariba Farms, The Pennsylvania State University IST Department, and Ipsos Vantis. Simone holds an M.B.A. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
