Lisper Rucha (CHRP-K) serves as the Head of HR for BIC East Africa Limited since June 2019, overseeing the people agenda across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia while collaborating with the East Africa Management team to align human resources with business objectives. Previously, Lisper worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at KPMG Kenya from February 2015 to May 2019, supporting over 350 employees across various departments. Earlier experience includes leadership roles as Group Head of HR at both OUTLOOK LTD and Smart Connection EA Ltd, and a Customer Contact and Feedback Executive position at Standard Chartered. Lisper holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and various diplomas in Human Resource Management.
