Leila Saidji has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, holding key leadership roles such as Head of Total Rewards at BIC and Group Compensation & Benefits Director at Elior Group. Previously, Leila served as Compensation, Benefits, and HR Performance Director and Corporate Compensation & Benefits Manager at Elior. Additionally, Leila has contributed to academia as an Intervenante for MSc2 in Talent Management & Social Innovation at INSEEC. Leila is also the Director of the International Compensation & Benefits Club at Cercle Magellan. Educational qualifications include a Diplome d'Expertise Comptable et Financiere (DECF) in Accounting and Finance from Ecole Nationale de Commerce (ENC) Bessieres Paris and attendance at Magellan Institute in 2009.
