Previously, Karen held several key positions at Michelin, including Vice President of Marketing, where leadership of a 75+ member team contributed to over $3.5 billion in revenue across B2B segments in North America. Earlier experience at Procter & Gamble includes roles as Senior Global Brand Manager for Head and Shoulders and various brand management positions that drove significant product innovations and market success. Karen holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
