Erica Reynolds

Vice President, Customer Success at BiblioCommons

Erica Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Customer Success at BiblioCommons since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Library Engagement from July 2017 to September 2019 and as the Director of Library Partnership Development from August 2011 to July 2017 at the same company.

Before joining BiblioCommons, Erica worked at Johnson County Library from October 2009 to September 2011 as an Information Technology Manager and from November 2003 to February 2010 as a Web Content Manager. In their role as a Web Content Manager, they played a crucial role in developing the library's website and community partnership sites, managing the daily operations of the Web Content Team, and successfully writing proposals for grants and awards.

Erica also has experience at KC Science, INC, where they served as a Program Director from January 2007 to December 2009. Erica'sresponsibilities included managing a federally funded partnership to promote science education and coordinating activities with various community partners.

Additionally, Erica has held positions at the University of Missouri-Kansas as a Program Director in Sponsored Programs & Research Support from July 2001 to November 2003, at UMKC as a Research Associate in Sponsored Programs and Research Support from August 2000 to July 2001, at the Health Sciences Library as a Clinical Medical Librarian from January 1999 to January 2000, at the VA Medical Center as a Primary Care Education Coordinator from January 1997 to January 1999, and at the Patient Health Education Resource Center Co as a Student Intern from January 1996 to January 1997.

Erica Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kansas in 1995. Erica then obtained a Master of Library Science degree from Emporia State University from 1996 to 1998. In 2003, they completed their education with a Master of Arts in English-Professional Writing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
