Margarida Carvalho is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at BIAL since January 2023. Previously, Margarida held the position of Senior HR Specialist at COFCO International from 2019 to August 2022, and worked as an HR Generalist at Sitel from May 2016 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR Trainee at Nortempo from October 2015 to May 2016, and serving as a Psychologist at the School of Psychology at the University of Minho from September 2014 to June 2015. Margarida Carvalho holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade do Minho, completed in 2015, and participated in an Erasmus Mobility program in Psychology at the University of Geneva in 2012.
