Eliana Moreira Tavares, PhD, is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and business development within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently an analyst at BIAL since September 2022, Eliana previously worked as a global health technology assessment specialist at IQVIA, where responsibilities included market research and developing global market access strategies. Additionally, Eliana was a member of the Health Parliament Portugal and served as a global consultant for PreScouter, Inc., focusing on biotechnology and medtech. Holding a PhD in Oncology from Université Paris-Saclay, Eliana further enhanced academic credentials through diverse educational experiences, including executive education in business strategy at INSEAD and a course in health economics at the University of York.
