Phelile Moyo is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy, payroll management, and policy implementation. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at BIA GROUP since May 2020, Phelile leads regional HR initiatives, manages payroll budgets, and ensures data accuracy for HR software. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Practitioner at Barloworld Equipment, where Phelile supported HR business partners in achieving organizational goals and managed payroll processes for a large workforce. Phelile holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich London.
