Clément NAGALO is a highly experienced technical trainer with a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and training. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at BIA Africa since November 2016, Clément delivers both theoretical and practical training on KOMATSU machinery. Previous roles include working as a freelance technical trainer for mobile equipment, a CATERPILLAR Technical Trainer at Congo Equipment, and a trainer for heavy equipment maintenance at DTP Mining. Clément also has extensive management experience, having directed the Central Maintenance Workshop at Université Norbert Zongo. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance and various technical certifications, including the CATERPILLAR Instructor Accreditation Program.
