John Gaspar has extensive experience in the field of special care, serving as the Owner Operator for Caring Places Ontario since June 1990, where services include room and board, coaching, medication management, and daily living skills programs for individuals with mental illness, brain damage, substance abuse issues, and frailty. Additionally, John has been involved with BI Consulting Group since 2004, initially as a consultant and later as the Owner Operator of Homes for Special Care. Since January 2000, John has operated Learn-Ed Consulting and previously owned Prospect House from 2000 to 2010. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from Concordia University, completed in 1974, John’s career reflects a strong commitment to assisting vulnerable populations.
