Brenda Ntambirweki is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Senior Associate at BHSM LLP since January 2024. Previously, Brenda held senior associate and associate positions at ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners from 2014 to 2023, and at DLA Piper Africa — Uganda from 2010 to 2013. Brenda also enriched professional expertise through a three-month secondment to DLA Piper in London under the International Lawyers for Africa program. Earlier in the career, Brenda worked as an associate at Kampala Associated Advocates from 2008 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
