Quinton Brand possesses extensive experience in project management within the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as Head of Major Projects at BHP since November 2017, Quinton Brand has held significant leadership roles, including Project Director for both the South Flank and Olympic Dam BFX Program. Prior to BHP, Quinton Brand was Director of Projects at Peabody Energy and Project Manager at Ausenco. Earlier career experience includes positions as Group Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at DRDGOLD Limited and Impala Platinum, respectively. Quinton Brand holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology and a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
