Nigel Skladal is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in the mining industry. Currently serving as Ancillary Maintenance Superintendent at BHP since March 2018, Nigel has also held the role of Maintenance Planner at both Bma Peak Downs Mine and BHP Billiton since May 2012 and January 2003, respectively. Nigel's responsibilities include planning and scheduling for Mobile Maintenance, as well as budget preparation utilizing Xeras. Prior to these roles, Nigel worked as a Training and Safety Advisor at Mount Isa Mines from January 1983 to December 2002, gaining diverse experience across various maintenance and training functions. Nigel holds a degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Central Queensland University.
