Kadeem Grant currently serves as the Contract Specialist Manager at BHG Financial, a position held since August 2020, where responsibilities include preparing complex term amendments and generating legally binding contracts for clients. Kadeem also oversees a team of 15 documentation specialists to ensure timely client funding. In addition to this role, Kadeem has gained extensive experience as a Lead Contract Specialist at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US and as a Legal Assistant at both Crowell & Moring LLP and Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. Prior experience includes a summer associate law clerk position and roles in customer service and sales. Kadeem holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and is pursuing a Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University.
