Ashish Chopra is a seasoned professional in the fields of strategy, business development, and corporate planning, with extensive experience in real estate and urban development. Currently serving in the Chairman's Office at Bhartiya Urban since April 2016, Ashish leads the business development and strategy function to facilitate the group's expansion into new markets and asset classes. Previous roles include positions at Experion Developers Pvt Ltd and Ireo, where Ashish focused on creating investment memorandums, financial modeling, and strategic planning for real estate projects across India. Ashish also has a solid foundation in architecture from their earlier career, having worked at SK Das Associated Architects and HUDCO LTD, contributing to various urban redevelopment projects. Academically, Ashish holds management and business degrees from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Asian Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
