Salil Koli is a Senior Engineering Manager at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited with over a decade of experience in project management, focusing on process re-engineering in the oil and gas sector. Since November 2011, Salil has managed approximately 15 projects aimed at enhancing lube oil manufacturing processes, improving throughput, and minimizing energy consumption and waste generation. Currently overseeing multiple projects, responsibilities include developing project execution plans and monitoring progress against key milestones. Previously, as an Operations Manager, Salil was responsible for production targets and budget management. Prior experience includes serving as an Industrialization Engineer at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited, where involvement in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation projects required coordinating client requirements and conducting testing. Salil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from V.J.T.I, Mumbai, achieved in 2007.
