James Hawes has extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Bharat Forge Ltd since April 2023, James previously held similar positions at Parkway Products, LLC, and contributed to ZF Group in various quality roles from 2011 to 2020, including significant tasks such as launching new electric steering technologies and developing control plans. Earlier experience includes quality engineering roles at Jtekt Automotive and TRW Automotive, where James managed TS16949 conformance and led internal audits. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University.
