Sidney Richardson is an experienced regional manager currently working at BH since September 2018, overseeing operations in Virginia and North Carolina. Previous roles include senior community manager for multiple properties, including Maple Springs Apartments, The Mill at Manchester Lofts, and High Street Lofts. Sidney has also served as community manager and assistant community manager at Maple Springs Apartments and Perry Place Apartments. In the earlier career at Lincoln Property Company, Sidney focused on leasing and marketing at Copper Spring Apartments. Sidney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Randolph-Macon College and an Advanced 24-Credit Diploma from John Randolph Tucker High School.
