Joe Herzog, CFA, currently serves as Principal for US Debt at BentallGreenOak, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joe Herzog was Executive Director at Amherst Holdings from March 2016 to April 2023 and began their career as an Associate at PGIM Real Estate from May 2008 to March 2016. Joe Herzog holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
