Joana Paulino Pereira currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate Management at BGO since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joana held the position of Senior Director in Asset Management at JLL Canada from September 2023 to July 2024. Joana's extensive experience in the real estate sector includes significant contributions at Triovest from March 2016 to August 2023, where Joana progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Asset Management, Director of Asset Management, Director of Leasing, Senior Leasing Manager, and Leasing Manager. Earlier in Joana's career, positions included Leasing Representative and Assistant Property Manager at Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP from May 2011 to March 2016, Property Administrator at ING Real Estate LP from April 2008 to December 2010, and Revenue Accounts Administrator at Cushman & Wakefield from 2006 to 2008. Joana holds a degree from Humber College.
