Susy Renzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace solutions and client engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Workplace Solutions at BGIS since October 2018, Susy manages client relationships and leads a team to ensure project deadlines are met according to client objectives. Concurrently, Susy holds the position of Chief Coworker at The Brockton, focusing on managing cowork centres for commercial real estate. Previous roles include VP of Client Engagement at Perceptible, General Manager at BrightLane Inc., and Project Manager at EVC Consulting. Additionally, Susy held various positions in communications and technical writing throughout a diverse career. Susy holds a certificate in Women in Leadership from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a certificate in Change Management from Prosci. Susy also holds a diploma as an Electronics Technician from RCC.
