Landon Woods is a Geoscientist specializing in geophysics, currently employed at BGC Engineering Inc. since November 2020, where expertise in hydrogeological, geotechnical, and geohazard applications is applied through geophysical techniques. Prior experience includes a tenure at Advisian from June 2010 to November 2020, serving as project manager and site supervisor across various multidisciplinary projects, with a strong focus on geophysical methods for geotechnical engineering, environmental assessments, hydrogeological investigations, and resource exploration. Early experience at Wilco Wireline and Swabbing Services Inc. involved technical reporting on downhole data for oil and gas applications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology and Geophysics and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Calgary, along with a Technology Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
