Corey Scheip, Ph.D., is a Senior Geoscientist at BGC Engineering Inc. since August 2021, previously serving as a Geoscientist. Prior experience includes working as a Landslide Geologist for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality from May 2019 to July 2021 and as a Geologist at AECOM from July 2012 to April 2019. Corey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Geology/Earth Science and a Master of Science in the same field from North Carolina State University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from North Carolina State University. The academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
