Mai Miller has a diverse work experience in event management and sales. Mai is currently the Managing Director at BG Events and Catering. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Events and Exhibit Manager at Draper, where they were responsible for creating and executing memorable events. Mai also worked as a Senior Event Manager at CSI Boston and as a Sales Manager at Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa. In addition, Mai has experience in admissions and campus event production, having served as the Associate Director of Admissions and Campus Event Producer at the College of St. Joseph in Vermont. Mai has also worked as the Interim General Manager at The Spencer Hotel and Spa. Mai began their career as a Brand Ambassador at TEAM Enterprise, where they were involved in experiential marketing.

Mai Miller has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Providence College.
