Jeff Bezos is the Executive Chair of Bezos Earth Fund, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of World Resources Institute from August 2012 to April 2021. From June 2010 to July 2012, they were the Special Envoy for Climate Change at The World Bank. From April 2007 to April 2010, they were the Director General of the Department for International Development.

Jeff Bezos graduated from Princeton University in 1986 with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science. Jeff then worked for a variety of firms in the financial sector before moving to Seattle in 1994 to start Amazon. In 1999, they received an honorary doctorate from the University of St Andrews.
