Michelle Becka is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in Montessori education and teacher training. Currently serving as a Senior Teacher Education Designer at Bezos Academy since July 2022, Michelle previously worked as an A.M.I. Primary Trainer at Montessori Northwest from June 2017 to July 2022 and as a Montessori Guide at Childpeace Montessori from June 1998 to June 2014. Early career experience includes a role at the YWCA, where Michelle provided support to women and children escaping domestic abuse. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Education from Loyola University Maryland, an AMI Primary Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Montessori Northwest, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona.
