Dalia Guevara has a diverse background in early childhood education and management. Dalia began their career as a Preschool Lead Teacher at Inspire Development Centers in 1999, where they focused on curriculum planning and instructional techniques. In 2002, they moved on to become a Head Teacher, providing professional development and support to teaching staff. From 2009 to 2015, Dalia served as a Center Manager, supervising the local service delivery plan and mentoring staff. Dalia later took on the role of Regional Director, overseeing multiple centers and ensuring quality services were provided. In 2021, Dalia joined Yakima Valley College as an Early Childhood Instructor and then transitioned to become the Head of School at Bezos Academy.
Dalia Guevara has a strong educational background in early childhood studies and education. Dalia obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbia Basin College from 2002 to 2008. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies from Heritage University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Heart Saver Instructor from the American Heart Association in May 2015.
