Adam Sham has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and engineering. Adam started their career at Malaysia Airlines Academy as a Trainee, where they gained experience in maintaining electrical equipment in aircraft and participated in the service check of an aircraft. Adam also played a significant role in the IFE equipment system and the transition from normal to Fiber cables in Boeing 777.

Later, Adam joined YTL Communications Sdn Bhd as a Pre-Configuration Device Operator, where they participated in the YES 4G with Proton Project and handled device inspection for connectivity and durability. Adam also worked as a Test Engineer, ensuring correct labeling and accessibility of components for testing and debugging the Device Under Test (DUT) throughout the manufacturing and troubleshooting processes.

Currently, Adam is working at Beyondsoft as a Software Test Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for test plan creation, training newcomers, identifying and resolving quality issues and defects. Adam collaborates closely with product and development teams for scoping and sizing projects, and also reports bugs and glitches.

Adam Sham completed a Bachelor's degree in Network and Security from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Adam attended this school from 2011 to 2018, focusing their studies in the field of Computer Science Network and Security. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Engineering Technology in Avionics Maintenance from Universiti Kuala Lumpur. Adam attended this school from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a focus on Instrument in Aircraft.
