Bria, an Atlanta native, is a first-generation college graduate, and first year college coach at Beyond 12. She graduated from Georgia State University in 2016 with a BA in psychology and a minor in sociology. Prior to becoming a college coach, Bria worked as a special education paraprofessional within Atlanta Public Schools and as a substitute teacher within the Cobb County School District. After careful thought and consideration, she decided to enroll at Kennesaw State University for a master’s degree in teaching ESOL. Bria holds great passion for education and the academic achievement of minority students.
