Kirsty Clarke serves as the Lead Consultant for Executive Search and Project Delivery at Beyond Recruitment, New Zealand's largest Kiwi-owned recruitment agency, since January 2021. Previously, Kirsty held various roles at Penna from October 2014 to January 2021, including Consultant for Executive Search in HR and Organizational Development and Associate Consultant for Commercial Executive Search, demonstrating expertise across multiple sectors. Kirsty's earlier experience includes a background in management information analysis and administration, alongside academic roles at the University of Otago, where Kirsty taught and conducted research. Kirsty's academic credentials include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History from the University of Otago.
