Caitlin Winfrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial at Beyond Meat since June 2012, where roles have included Commercial Director and Trade Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Caitlin held various positions at Starr Restaurant Organization as Executive Pastry Chef and at Amy's Bread as a Baker, with earlier experience as Pastry Sous Chef at Per Se. Caitlin's educational background includes a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame and a certificate from The Wharton Executive Education Program, alongside culinary training at The French Culinary School.
